> How to get a replacement Reimbursement Claim Form (SFAA193/194/205) ?

The Reimbursement Claim Form (RCF) (SFAA193/194) and the Reimbursement Claim Form for Benchmark Test (SFAA 205) are controlled forms and the forms are sent to all successful applicants together with Approval in-principle Letter. These forms are not available for downloading. Applicants who have lost their RCFs should write to the Office of the Continuing Education Fund or to the email address cef@sfaa.gov.hk and request for a replacement copy. Please provide your full name and the Hong Kong Smart Identity Card Number / CEF application number so that we can retrieve your application record. We will send the replacement forms to you by post.

Arrangement on Extension of Validity Period to 4 Years

With effect from 1 December 2007, the validity period for making reimbursement claims for the CEF extends from 2 to 4 years. A maximum of 4 claims is allowed within the 4-year validity period while the maximum entitlement remains.
Our office will issue letters by batches to those individual applicants who have not yet claimed the maximum amount of $10,000 to notify them the new extension arrangement. Eligible applicants will receive either one of the following letters issued by our office and the letters will specify the personal particulars of individual applicants. The following letters are for reference only.

Letter A * Download
Applicable to those applicants whose CEF accounts have expired and have not claimed the maximum entitlement.

Letter B Download
Applicable to those applicants whose CEF accounts are still valid and have not claimed the maximum entitlement.

* Applicants whose CEF accounts have expired and have not claimed the maximum entitlement should only return the completed Reply Slip to our office after receiving the letters.

Applicants who have not received our letter by February 2008 should contact us by fax to 21529898 or 2152 9899, or email to cef@sfaa.gov.hk for a replacement of letter.
