Arrangement for Processing Claims from Students of English Language College upon its Closure

”@”@Though the "ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROGRAMME FOR ADULTS - ACCESS LEVEL" (24Z03445-4) and "ESSENTIAL OFFICE ENGLISH" (24Z04664-9) offered by the English Language College were de-registered from the CEF reimbursable course list on 21 March 2007, the CEF accounts of those applicants who have enrolled in one of the above courses and have obtained the approval in-principle from the Office of the Continuing Education Fund (OCEF) remain valid.

”@”@OCEF has issued a letter by mail on 4 October 2007 to all applicants who have opened CEF accounts in respect of the above courses. The letter sets out the reimbursement arrangements. If applicants do not receive the letter in a week”¦s time, please email to cef@sfaa.gov.hk or call our hotline 3142 2277.

”@”@The benchmark examinations linked to the above English courses are Pitman ”V International Spoken English for Speakers of Other Languages (ISESOL) Access Level and Pitman ”V English for Office Skills (EOS) Level 1 respectively.
