Before downloading the e-Forms, please go through ALL the following documents:

To open/use/save/print the E-form, the computer should have installed:
	Adobe Reader (version 7.0.5 or higher) and Asian Fonts Packs (Chinese Traditional fonts)*;
	the download websites are :

	http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/acrrasianfontpack.html
	* If Chinese characters cannot be displayed.

Please complete Part A to F and field with red borders in Form G with computer./ Please complete Section I, Section II Part A to F and field with red borders in Form S with computer.

You need to read and understand fully the Important Notes (1) to (4) in Annex I. For matters on enquiry, they are shown in Annex II. (It is not necessary to submit Annex I and Annex II to the Student Financial Assistance Agency.)

Attention :
Applicant should begin completing the Application Form G/S at Page 3. Please be advised that it is not necessary for applicant to insert information at Page 1 and Page 2 of the Application Form G/S. Applicant is only required to stick identity card / student card copy at Page 2 of the Application Form G/S.
