Change of Address
Gentle reminder: If your postal address has been changed, you can update the record through the “Change of Address Service” on the GovHK website. Acknowledgement will be given immediately upon completion of the update. You can also notify the Agency by fax, postal mail, email or in person. (Please raise the request if you wish to obtain an acknowledgment).

Quarterly Repayment Instalments Due Dates
The Agency wish to remind you that Quarterly repayment instalments will fall due on 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October each year. If you do not receive a demand note 7 days before each due date, you should approach the Agency. Non-receipt of demand notes does not exempt a loan recipient from the obligation to repay the instalment due on or before the due date.
