Brief History and Aim
The Fund, which was established in 1964, aims at assisting, by
means of interest-free loans, worthy and needy students to pursue
studies recommended by the following tertiary institutions:-

Eligibility Criteria
Full-time local students(note) of the above institutions who face sudden
adverse family circumstances and are in imminent financial need may apply for the interest-free
loans under the Hong Kong Rotary
Club Students' Loan Fund.

students undertaking University Grants
Committee-funded courses, except students of the
Hong Kong Shue Yan University.)

Method of Application
Full-time students of the above tertiary institutions should apply through their own Student Affairs Offices.
Needy students may apply for the loans throughout the year while funds are
still available. Students should approach their own Student Affairs
Offices for details of application.
