1 Q:   What should I do if I have changed my address during loan repayment?
 
1 Ans:   You should write to the "Student Loan Unit" at 11/F Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon. informing us of your new address. Please note that P.O. Box is not acceptable as a correspondence address


2 Q: What should I do if I want to apply for loan repayment deferment ?
 
2 Ans: Application for deferment of loan repayment will normally be considered only on grounds of further studies on a full-time course of higher academic qualification. Application should be made with supporting documents (e.g. copy of student ID, admission notification letter, school fee receipt, student visa, air ticket, etc.) to the "Accounts Section, Student Financial Assistance Agency" at 12/F Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon.


3 Q: Why do I receive reminder even though I have sent out a cheque to repay the quarterly SFAS loan? What should I do?
3 Ans: The reminder may have been issued to you before we have received your cheque. You may ignore the reminder and keep the receipt issued to you as evidence of payment.
